If you followed the connection steps, but you're still having trouble connecting your device, you may need to reset your device through a Z-Wave exclusion. Note: The Z-Wave exclusion will still reset your device if it has never been connected before or was previously connected elsewhere.
Put the Hub into exclusion mode
Tap the back button until you reach the Dashboard
Tap Devices and tap the Hub
Tap the three dots in the top right
Tap Z-Wave exclusion
After your device has been successfully excluded, follow the steps below to connect your device to the Hub.
Return to the device connection screen
Tap the back button until you reach the Dashboard
Tap Add device
Select a category to find your device, or search for the device in the search bar
